Hormonal regulation plays a pivotal role in maintaining reproductive health in women. Disruptions in
endocrine signaling pathways, particularly involving estrogen and progesterone, can lead to alterations
in the endometrial microenvironment, contributing to gynecological disorders such as abnormal
uterine bleeding, infertility, and endometriosis. This study explores the theoretical framework linking
hormonal imbalance with structural and functional changes in the endometrium. By examining current
clinical observations and biological mechanisms, the article aims to provide an integrated
understanding of endocrine-endometrial interactions. The findings suggest that subtle hormonal
dysregulation may initiate progressive microenvironmental changes that remain clinically silent until
advanced stages. This research underscores the need for early diagnostic markers and personalized
therapeutic strategies.
