Reproductive efficiency is a critical determinant of productivity in dairy cattle systems. This study evaluates the impact of hormonal synchronization protocols on fertility outcomes under field conditions. A total of 240 dairy cows from 12 farms were subjected to controlled estrus synchronization using prostaglandin and GnRH-based protocols. Parameters such as estrus response rate, conception rate, and calving interval were analyzed. Results indicated a significant improvement in estrus detection (85%) and conception rates (62%) in treated groups compared to controls. The findings highlight the importance of reproductive management strategies in improving livestock productivity and farm profitability
